The Story
Grown in the understory of apple trees but refusing to be overshadowed any longer. Blackcurrant, here to become the apple of your eye. This cider is bold, rich & moody. And dare we say, *almost still*. Bottled in July, we were aiming for a little bubble (and they still may come), but we’ve been really digging the taste without the fizz, and thought you might agree. Clearly, some of you do- there are only a few cases left of this one! Our least apple-tasting cider yet.
The Making
Fermented for 8 months. Infused with blackcurrants for 3 weeks before bottling. Spontaneous fermentation. Unfiltered. Zero added sulphites.
19 cases produced. Season 2024.
