Kerplink, kerplank, kerplunk go the blueberries into the pail. Late summer, easy-breezy, captured in a bottle. Imagine filling your berry bucket on a blue-sky day and baking yourself into a country pie cooling on Grandma’s windowsill.
The Making
Fermented for 7 months. Infused with wild blueberries for 6 weeks before bottling. Spontaneous fermentation. Pet-Nat. Unfiltered.Zero added sulphites.
